Vulnerability

Hello Steemians, hello humans. I write today about vulnerability.

I share my presence in an open way, genuine, as I am, and that can be a terrifying endeavor. I tell you now, to be so open as you are, is of one the most enriching and rewarding ways of being I know. I don't just mean from my own perspective, I learn from many others. Though I grew up brow beaten and very down on myself with severe low self esteem. Hell I still experience residual effects of my upbringing, I assure you I have done my share of inner work and I hold to emotional responsibility. Your emotions are your responsibility, don't be flooding somebody else with grief caused by your own feelings. Take them into account and act of a balanced disposition. Compassion to you, and to others.

This plays into vulnerability, and yet to be vulnerable is as well to shed false layers and that results in intensity of emotional expression. Let it be and know you are held in the highest love. Yet strive to achieve a mindful and heartfelt knowing of who you be and where you stand amongst others.

It is far easier to be as you are and to honour the free will of another in every moment, than to attempt to explain or announce yourself as anything more than a humble being, walking this Earth.

Free will is that of honouring your own flow and that of others. I be as I be, and so shall you. I shall not attempt harm onto you however you view me. Your thoughts are your own and not mine to play within.

Be as you are. As Buddha taught, be as the reeds in the water. Bend with the wind yet with planted roots.

Sovereignty or as some label enlightenment is nothing more than understanding, ackowledging and thereby acting according to Creation. It is knowing universal and beyond design.

You cannot know this without dropping into your heart. The heartspace is what enables that higher consciosness connection to occur and what enables you to attain a balance internally and allowing, yes I say it again ALLOWING the world outside of you to exist however it chooses to be.

You have free will to create and to co-create within an aligned/agreed upon stage. Know this in your heart and the battle is won. Peace within.

All these and more are what simple presence can offer, they are parts and parcel to that greater aspet which you dear family and I are of and co-creating. Take Steemit as an example of creation and co-creation and the examples herein. Do not worry for those lost in drudgery of self, spewing bile. Herein point my own perspectives here can be seen just as that, and I honour anyone who sees as such, it is their free will to do so, which I honour and love. There are many here of enlightened heart following a co-creational flow, of family, community, connection, love, grace, honour, dignity, integrity, passion and play. Let it be an example. inspiration and delight to take part and to hone your own being.
