Ever wondered why life is hard? Why everyone else seems happy? Why you feel like you are the only one around that is going through hard times? The truth is we all go through this at some point in our lives.
Often when I meet people I like to look them straight in the eyes, generally this could make them feel uneasy or change their body language towards you. Depending on the reactions they give off one can see exactly what is happening in their life. The eyes are the window to the soul and I believe this strongly.
Many people try to hide their pain, some better than others, but if you had to look closely and took the time to get to know a person. You will notice everyone is always going through something all the time, it might not always be bad, but it effects who they are and the way they interact and react to the people around them.
After thinking about this, I started to wonder... do I make someone's day easier for them? or do I make it a lot harder? Often we go through life not giving a second thought to what we say to another person or do to them, we just DO it. The scary thing about this is; we could leave scares on them, we could even drive them to doing things that they would not normally do.
It is hard to go through life without stepping on someone else's toes, but kindness never killed anyone. This is something I love saying to people; If you going to plan on killing someone for the horrible things they have done to you. Then kill them with kindness...
I hope that each one of us will find it within us to be a little kinder, a little more forgiving and a little more understanding for those around us...
I certainly believe in kindness. Those people who are kind attract more positive people and therefore also receive kindness. "You reap what you sow." is definitely true!

Life will always be difficult for anyone who is never grateful for the gift he has received, maybe we will see as if someone else is very happy about his life, may be seen from the abundant material he has, but not always material bring happiness, the more material he possesses , the consequences will be even greater responsibility.

My mum says that alot and even up till this morning all I could think of was that statement.
In the real sense it is not easy but that is the best thing to do, to leave people wondering what has gone over you, to leave them in this space all alone with the piece of kindness you show even to those that has wronged you.

Some people view kindness as a weakness. What they don't know is it takes a lot of more strength to be kind.

@dragonslayer109 - I could not agree more. I had a situation where there was a car accident on my way home and we were on a two way street with the turning lane in the middle. Everyone was trying to get in the turning lane to get around the accident. One car comes out of no where down the middle of the turning lane and cuts in front of everyone. Now first instinct is that this is a jerk, people including myself could have cut him off and kept him from getting in front, but turned out one of the people in the wreck was related to him somehow. When I got to the accident I seen him hugging a lady possibly one of the drivers. Made me think that could have been me trying to get to a family member and if someone thought I was being a jerk and cut me off it would not have been pretty. Treat others as you want to be treated.One of my #1 rules.

True, once behaviour totally depends upon how they grewup means environment of living, it can possible that one is lived in bearless pain. Every person is facing hurdles in life, one could face harder than others and one could face easier than others, but we have to respect and show kindness towards everyone. I beleive that Love and Kindness can change the nature of people.
