Step 1—Prioritize sleep
Step 2—Eat right
Step 3—Exercise
Rinse and repeat. Oh, and a fourth thing: I believe DEEPLY in what I’m fighting for and trying to build. And I’ve constructed my life in such a way that I enjoy the process regardless of outcome.
