I need one more idea.
I made some Ghost Berry Jam today.
I've also given a few to @fronttowardenemy who is making an infused oil with them.
I'm going to do a hot sauce. but there are so many peppers, I can make one more thing. Maybe pickle them.
Just one pepper, sliced in half, can really heat up a jar of pickles or something else. They get "hot by association!"
