Compound interest in your daily life

Compound interest is one of those tools that can get you a significant return if you're patient enough.

It's usually used in finance and means a process of reinvestment each time whenever you have your dividents ready to be payed.

So instead of withdrawing your monthly, quarterly or annual earnings, you put them back into play.

Timing is probably the most important what you have to consider here. The earlier you start, the biggest the returns are.

It's not the amount that matters here though, it is the time you start that counts.

The most confusing part is that the first couple of years look hilarious. It seems like it doesn't make sense but once you hit 3-rd and 4-th year, you'll see how powerful this approach is.

I always loved compound interest and recently I decided to apply it to the real life.

My theory which turned into practice is based on the fact that it's not big things that affect us the most, it's all of the little ones that make the biggets impact.

Therefore, by executing on your daily routines and developing vital habits you're positioning yourself to success in the long run.

The coolest part is that you can improve yourself slowly. You can pick some qualities of type of person you want to become, the habits you want to get comfortable with, the knowledge you want to gain, or whatever you actually want that will improve your life, your career, your spirituality, your health, your relationships, your finance etc.

And by making daily commitments gradually you can become a better person in whatever form is needed to you specifically.

You don't need to spend 10 hours a day to improve yourself, but what you do need is to spend some part of your day, it can be 15 minutes or a couple of hours but it has to be done every day in order to make the compound effect work.

Stay hungry, patient and cool,
