Add shipping container homes to the tiny house movement. There are some nice shipping container houses which can be found on Youtube.
I hope that this tiny house movement gets bigger. It would add more supply and drive prices down in the real estate market (especially in the Toronto area as prices are really high).
One of my jobsites actually repurposes shipping containers into houses, buildings, storage rooms, and food stands.
