Quitting smoking, that's impressive, and you're definitely to be congratulated for that... your example here is something most people don't manage to succeed at, no matter how badly they want to. Of course... you have a child now, so there's the inspiration of being a good example, as a parent.

I have generally also found it true that I am most likely to succeed when I just pick ONE thing to focus on at a time. Which is also important when you are trying to-- in essence-- "create a new habit."
