It seems like English is not your native language. I would suggest:

Reading other people's posts. Follow people who you like. Make thoughtful comments on people's blogs. Writing full blog posts is probably a waste of effort at the start, but it may be worthwhile after you have a few followers.

Don't expect to have 10's or hundreds of followers immediately. But if you contribute value to the network, over time the network will contribute value back to you.
