RE: What if the biggest conspiracy is the lies we tell ourselves?

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Hi@sostrin. I have a similar story from not so long ago. I was taking to a friend about depression, and I told him I believed I was a little depressive deep inside. He looked at me and said that I don't look or seem depressive. In an instant that made me question my belief, and actually I got to the root of why I thought that. And for a second it made me realize that I wasn't actually depressive, but because I thought I was depresso, my body began acting like I had depression. After that, it was gone. But that made me realize that what is there is not exactly what we see is always a matter of beliefs and perspectives.
