If you are willing to try I'm sure you'll have supporters in your comments. If you try and fail at least you'll have something to blog about but if you don't try then you never can learn how to become vegan.
It's not hard to be vegan if you've got the money to learn what foods you like. A lot of vegan food tastes as good or better than animal products although I admit there aren't good substitutes for cheese, eggs, and ice cream. So I will not claim that it's easy or that you won't have to give stuff up, but it's a learning experience.
Try it for 1 week, blog about the first week, and if you find you can go longer than a week then try to stretch it to a month, and if you think you can go longer then try for longer, and then if you want to stop you can stop. You can also use your blog to ask vegans on Steemit what some tasty foods are, from meat substitutes, to snacks, etc.
I would definitely have to do my research first! And that would definitely give me something to blog about!
I haven't looked into it, But I've heard some people claim vegan is the healthy way to go, While others claim that meat is necessary.
So I guess I'd have to test it and see what works best for my body.
I also would hope that there are more alternatives I'm unaware of. I tried BBQ Jackfruit sandwiches recently, and didn't like it.
I think not having Ice cream would be hard for me! Thats one of my favorites haha.
