How To Lose Weight: Popcorn & Hot Sauce

Hello users, I want to blog about popcorn because it's very epic.

Reminder that popcorn is an unironic superfood that is extremely cheap and can contribute heavily toward weight loss and it tastes so fucking good with hot sauce (also healthy).

200 calories of popcorn takes like 15 minutes to consume and leaves you full for hours, while also providing an extremely epic amount of fiber and a decent amount of protein.

An air popper machine costs only $20~ dollars, and kernels are also extremely cheap and can last weeks between purchases.

Please note that putting butter or salt on popcorn is pleb-tier and you're damaging your body for limited gain. Hot sauce has an immense amount of flavor, and also contributes to you feeling the sting of your meal for a while afterward. The only real downside is you will get hot sauce hands, but just use soap and water and that isn't a problem!

Be sure to drink lots of water throughout your day if you consume a lot of sodium, as can be found in most hot sauces.
My personal preference is Frank's Red Hot, seeing as it has 0 calories and has a perfect amount of burn for buck!

Popcorn and Hot Sauce have been an essential part of my diet for months and have contributed toward healthy maintenance and loss of weight more than anything else food-wise.
