2 Mysterious and Unexplained Events that still puzzle the world.

Today anyone with good photography skills and a copy of Photoshop can almost fake anything. But some pictures and occurrences are so bizarre that they defy any logical explanation. Below are two anomalies that are still to this day unexplainable. These incidents still baffle experts and common folk alike and over the years have led to pretty wild ideas.

1. Solway Firth Spaceman Mystery

In the summer of 1964, Jim Templeton along with his family was having a good time, celebrating a picnic with his family near Solway Firth in Cumbria, England. During the picnic, Jim took a picture of his daughter which became the subject of headlines throughout the world.

After printing out the picture of his daughter, he observed there was a man in space suit standing right behind his daughter. At the point of taking the photograph, it was just him, his daughter and his wife. The story and the picture spread like wildfire. Some claimed that the photograph was doctored and declared it a hoax but after analysis of the photograph, it was found to be legit and not tampered. Film company Kodak said the same and even offered a reward to anyone who could prove the photo was faked. It was never claimed. Several attempts have been made since then to explain the photograph but none have been 100% successful. It remains a mystry since then.

2. The Phoenix Lights

On Thursday, March 13, 1997 there was a mass UFO sighting which occurred in Arizona, USA and Sonora, Mexico which was witnessed by thousands of people all across the state. The incident was called The Phoenix Lights . Those who witnessed the bizarre lights described them as “otherworldly” and the phenomena is remembered fondly each year since it occurred. There were actually 2 incidents that day. The first event was described as a V-shaped object the size of a commercial plane soaring through the sky and which didn't made any sound. The most fascinating part was that it didn't show up on the RADARs despite people seeing it with their own eyes. The second incident was a series of stationary, orange and red lights hanging over the Valley. During this event, numerous still photographs and videotapes were made, distinctly showing a series of lights appearing at a regular interval, remaining illuminated for several moments and then going out. These images have been repeatedly aired by documentary television channels such as the Discovery Channel and the History Channel as part of their UFO documentary programming.
