Those are some great goals for steemit! My goal is to hit 60 rep this year and try to get 500 steem power. Hope one day I can get there!

Consistency will take you there in half the time you have set. It would also be useful to interact more often with people and build good relationships. Converting some of your SBD to Steem and them powering up will speed up the 500 SP goal.
