A little help for my wife and I?

Last year my wife and I lost everything when Baton Rouge flooded. We're currently living in the travel trailer we bought with insurance money after the flood. Our home is slowly being brought back to normal since we can't afford to pay someone to do it for us. Recently, the car we got my wife blew a head gasket so the extra money we did have is going to that.
I also lost my big rig to the flood so my income was basically cut in half when I had to become a company driver again. I had to cash our our already meager savings and investments at a deep loss to cover our expenses while we get back on our feet.
