the plan mainly focuses on limiting your weekly diet to eating fruits , vegetables ,brown rice ,tomatoes etc

here is a day to day guide to go through the whole week
DAY -1
- Can eat fruits except bananas.
- recommended fruits -- watermelon ,cantaloupe, apple , oranges , kiwis ,papayas choice is yours
- 9 to 12 glasses of water whole day
- take 6 meals a day

DAY-4
- 8 to 10 bananas and 4 glasses of milk
- i know it sounds crazy that bananas is in a diet plan but it plays a vital role in the diet plan
- you can alternately have bananas and banana milkshake into 6 meals
- bananas are for instant energy and rich in pectin which aids in digestion.
- milk for calcium and potassium for healthy bones
- you can have figs and soy milk if taking dietary precautions
DAY -5
- 6 tomatoes and a cup of brown rice
- for the first meal of the day you can have brown rice with kidney beans
- for second meal of the day you can have a small portion of yoghurt
- for third meal you can have bowl of brown rice with boiled tomatoes
- for fourth meal you can have salads limited amount
- for fifth meal you can have an apple
- for sixth meal just have tomato soup
- take at least 12 to 16 glasses of water this day to take care of the high amount of uric acid which is going to be created
by tomatoes
DAY -6
- a cup of brown rice with cooked or boiled veggies in any amount.
- 9- 12 glasses of water
- you can add a veggie soup to the meal
- mixed nutrients rich food , a mix of veggies gives a lot of fiber
- by this day you will start feeling light but do not check your wait today wait one day more.
DAY-7
- today is a feast day
- a cup of brown rice , any vegetables cooked or boiled and all fruit juices except bananas.
- try taking sugarless juice
- By evening you may feel like eating a high-calorie dessert or munch on potato wafers since you know that you have lost
weight. - It’s a trap, don’t fall for it. The exercise routine will help you stay active throughout the day. A sense of accomplishment
