About a week ago I was thinking about you. I considered contacting you to suggest you stop drinking alcohol. Then I thought to myself that it is too personal to tell someone to stop drinking. So I did not contact you, then you posted this message! I was so happy to see you had this realization on your own. I want to say that I could tell you were drinking too much. It showed on your face. I am one year sober. The first thing I noticed in my transformation was that my face changed! I started to look more like myself, less puffy, younger. People asked, "What did you change?! You look great!" Take a before/after photo. Well your many videos will suffice to show your transformation. Keep it up! I will never go back to alcohol. It was a waste for me and I regret spending any time on it.
