Starting strength is my book recommendation for anyone looking to get into the traditional lifts.

Sort:  

Starting Strength by Mar Rippatoe is a must read for any lifting enthusiast! Also Bigger, Lean Stronger by Mike Mathews is another good investment. It basically covers Starting Strength + nutritional info and some of the science behind strength training and muscle hypertrophy.

Keep up the good work though @deej! Followed to keep up to date on your training and show support :)
