It is true that we experience a change in our lives following the crisis and challenges we might have passed through or passing through, or as a result of choice or chance. Either way, it is always advisable to make changes based on our notions and not what others imposed on us.
Unfortunately, we don't have what it takes to avert all the challenges and crisis in our lives, as such, we should be prepaid for them since they are only there to challenge our complacency in life. This is why our response to these challenges decipher how we respond to them.
Finding meaning in our lives gives us the purpose and direction of how we truly want to live our life. In all seriousness, without focus and direction, we'll spend the rest of our life wandering through life with no direction and focus.
In conclusion, spend quality time with yourself with hopes of bringing out the best in your life.
