What we focus on is what we will eventually manifest into reality.

There exists only two types of spiritual currency.
(1) Time.
(2) Attention.
Whatever we pay attention to over time is ultimately what we will manifest into the physical reality.
You have heard the cliches "pay attention" and "practice makes perfect". If we put very little effort into something we are unlikely to be much good at it but the more work and effort we give to something we will likely be succesful at it.
So maximise your attention and spend as much time as you can on something you care about and you will eventually see it manifest into your life.
