This is so true, I love it! Everyone tends to get caught up in the mainstream media with "what's hot" or "what's trending", that they copy that in hopes that it will make them appear "cool." When in reality, they're all just being the same. People need to be confident in themselves and what they believe. Don't follow trends just because it's popular. Don't do something just because "everyone is doing it." What really makes someone cool is standing up for what they believe in and being themselves. That's when they'll realize that everything is superficial and the realm of popularity is just a blanket to cover one's insecurities. Be yourself, be confident, and be happy! :)

Thanks! It's so important that people know that because there's all of these social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. spreading false narratives. As long as you're confident in yourself, everything else will come :)
