Yeah the sleep part does getting use to. You basically say goodbye to sleep-in's. It's worth it though.
So long as your 'substantive content' is not hinged to your sleep time you should be good to go. :)
My advice? Take some time to revel in being a new family. It is so wonderful and different that the more time you can spend at it the better it is. Even if I have to wait a little longer for 'sustantive content'.
