¡Helloo! How are you today? I want to share with you some tips that we must put into practice to help our body to reach balance. I will be doing a 5 post serie with the respective tip, I hope you like it!
1) BREATHE DEEPLY AT LEAST ONCE A DAY

This might seem obvious, but nowadays we all have busy days and because of that we take for granted the importance of breathing, after all, it’s something that our body does unconsciously and automatically. The process of breathing allows us to carry oxygen to our blood and reach the right functioning of our brain.
Having so many activities in our day to day can make our breathing more accelerated and superficial, this hinders the optimal supply of oxygen that our body needs. And because of that, it is important that we dedicate a few minutes of our days to breathe deeply with calm.
Deep breathing relaxes physically and mentally, relieves muscle tension, stabilizes blood pressure, fights stress and anxiety and improves levels of concentration, creativity and imagination.
Deep breathing moves stomach, chest and clavicles. Right now you can take a moment to breathe deeply and help your body!
