Nice post Ariane. What I find interesting is that I am from Brasil (Curitiba), but now I live in Porto (Portugal) and realized that most middle class Brazilians are almost as Americans and spend everything basically wasting their money, compared to the Portugues community that lives a much simpler life (also happy and appreciating life).

The simplicity is the secret of a happy life!!!! cheers!
