I eat only one meal per day. It's a very big one, so I divide it into 20 parts and prepare it in stages as and when I want to eat.

@costantin I am not a doctor or dietitian but when I tried 1200 calories a day I lost roughly 100 pounds.
Check out intermittent fasting. I'd say it's all good if you can do it.
