Snowball and mommy

Hi, my name is Snowball. I may look like a puppy, But I'm a 12 years old senior Maltese. I love to eat, sleep and go for rides in my mom's handbag( I fit comfortably inside her handbag bc I only weight a mere 4.5 pounds).

I am consider a senior bc they say one human year is equivalent to 7 dog years. In my case, 7x12=84. Wow, I'm older than I thought!

I have a younger "human" sister. She just turned 7 years old a few weeks ago.

For many many years, Mommy was very busy running all over the places with her. However, once my sister started school, mommy has been paying me with extra attention at home. Even takes me for walks just like the old days.

Sometimes, mommy would hold me in front of her chest, staring at me with water in the corner of her eyes. She would tell me how much she loves me and how I was there for her when she needed someone the most. Plus, how I changed her to be a better and stronger person.

She would often whisper in my ears and asked me to never to leave her. I don't like to see her sad so I would lick her face to wipe away her tears. And that definitely made her feel better.

If I can speak human language, I just would like to say " mommy, you made me a stronger dog too ! Snowball love you and would never leave you!!! It's simply not possible.

You see, love is the strongest bond in the whole world. Stronger than crazy glue! No matter how far apart physically we might be from one another, but because we love each other, we are forever bonded by love.

So mommy, please wipe away your tears and don't worry. Snowball and mommy will always be together . I love you!!!! Ruff ! Ruff!! Now can we go to the park ??
