I used to work for UPS, too :) but in the call center - in Dublin in Ireland. I was lucky with nice bosses but it was the most mind-numbing job ever.
I'm in my 10th year of being self-employed now, and I feel like I'm starting over (another "first year" for me), so I totally get where you're coming from.Wow, congratulations, @kaylinart!! What a milestone!!
