I definitely see the value of keeping, and writing a journal. My challenge is I haven't found a style that really works for me. Writing it just to record what happened in the day feels to flat and clinical for me as I feel there's a lot that I can learn on a purely EQ level if I can get the style right. It's almost too easy to be overly analytical around what happened. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find that right fit?
