There are many ways that can be done to always be fit and youthful. In addition to diligent exercise and keeping the diet, this is another thing that can be done.
Manage stress. Stress causes the telomere (the end of the chromosome) to be shorter. The shorter our telomeres, the faster we age. That is why it is important to manage your stress levels.
Surround yourself with the people you like. Blackburn's research has proven that people living in a safe and friendly community have longer telomeres.
Eat less, live longer. Calorie restriction means eating less. Try to limit your intake of extra sugars and stop drinking soda and alcohol. Eating anti-aging foods such as blueberries, dark chocolate, nuts, figs, salmon, avocado, turmeric, etc. as it will make it healthier.
