very true @bleujay . Life is for the living but the living seems hurt most by death. It is hard to let go of loss and guilt but in time if people do "the work" they can continue moving forward. It is one of the toughest things we humans ever face.

It is as you say......very 'hard to let go of loss' and yet if the departed one was a believer in Christ Jesus....those that remain can be comforted in knowing that their loved one is 'in a place of no more sorrow, no more tears, no more death' For God loved the world (mankind) so much that He gave His uniquely born Son (Christ Jesus) so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
