This is the 36th introduction to Korean food, and today I will introduce Seolleong-tang.

Seolleong-tang (ox bone soup) is a food made from ox bone. It is unusual for you to make soup with bones.

In the Asian region, broth is often made with meat and bones, such as cows and chickens, when making broth.

In the past, beef was a precious food.

When the Koreans ate the beef on the feast day, the meat was made into various foods, and the bone was boiled to make Seolleong-tang.

Seolleong-tang is eating rice together. As I mentioned last time, it is a food that goes well with kimchi.

So Koreans often eat cabbage kimchi and Kkakdugi together.
