Geez seriously?!? Yeah, I think this is definitely over the line. I suppose it is the kind of thing that just hasn't ever been legislated about before. This seems like visual pollution to me. Crazy

Agreed, this should be considered as a combination of pollution, harassment and destruction of cultural/natural heritage.
Totally agreed. This could be first and worst of its kind.
