We had a great weekend of getting some maintenance completed in the back yard on some of our trees, but I wanted to talk a little bit today about Employees. Some of my key employees over time have become much like family, and when they experience difficulties, their job can become a bit of a refuge from those difficulties. Often their job can become the most "normal" thing for their routine and life. I'll share a story today about how this is happening in one of my "right hand" key players in my own organization.
With Gratitude,
Captain Bob

I'm so sorry. That's how old I am. Prayed for her today.
Thank you!

Oh no. I hope she overcomes it.
.. and those trees, you decapitated them hehe. I'm going to wait till Winter to have mine done so I don't have to deal with leaves.
Yes there was so much dead in them I was running out of options.
Companies or whatever it is, will achieve success and last long when they treat their employees like family. These are good ideas and concepts, but many organizations ignore this. many companies in Japan treat employees like family and company are home together so the company can survive in the long run. You are right, I like, thank you for sharing.
Yes, all of my employees are like family. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Looks like you lost a little weight, Brad? Hope and pray for her to get better! I think what my neighbour did was cut the bottoms of the trees and this spring they didn't bloom any. Didn't know you could kill a tree by cutting it's skin on the main trunk.
Are you saying I was fat before? :D I might have lost a little. Yeah I didn't want to have to cut the trees back, but they were suffering so much disease that it was about the only option. I think they will be ok though at least for a while.
Thank you sir! It's beautiful,I love it
