Your post caught my eye, because I've been trying to slow the constant whirl of thoughts in my brain and just BE more often. To think things through instead of being impulsive and always feeling the need to distract myself.
My lists... I have too many. I have so many distractions in my brain, it's hard to ever focus on one thing. I am making a concerted effort to chill the hell out.
I appreciate the reminder... it came at just the right time!
