Last week we were invited by the director of my school to having dinner in hyatt hotel.
The dinner it self to apreciate the teachers and staffs that already have dedication for more than 7 years
Me....already work in this school for more than 10 years....enjoy my proffession as teacher and having a lot of love from my students
Here 3 from 5 menu that we ate that night,
Appetizer : Blackened chicken breast with assorted mountain mix green
Main course : Baked marinated baby snapper filled with black olive garlic and herbs served with dauphinois potato and grilled vegetable
And the dessert : Salted caramelized blue berry cake served with lemon berry souce
