Have you ever tried to speak out your mind and not be listened? Or even worse, have you ever wanted to say something meaningful but not say it because you thought no one will even want to listen? These things fall in the category of the most painful things a human can experience and are also a big factor in the establishment of depression.
I know I had moments when I chose to not say something because I didn't want it to get interpreted badly or because i knew no one will listen to me. I've been there and trust me it's not helpfulat all, not to you and neither for the ones around you. We should almost always say what we think
This TED x Talk by Julian Treasure was somethign that really helped me deal with this problem and I am forever in his debt. If it's either for your business, your social life or even a small chat it's always important to know how to make people want to listen what youi have to say because otherwise they'll never know your true potential and will never understand your true self.
That's way this is one of my favourite TED Talks and I decided that i wanted to share it with you guys, in case you haven't seen it yet!
