Wow, that is some scary stuff. I'm not sure the screening process and requirement to become a cop but it certainly needs to be more in-depth in terms of emotional state and ability to handle the stress and situation. There should NEVER be a moment when a police officer has to beat someone into submission. This is a sad exhibition.

I don't know if it was the screening process, or the lack of supervision on the whole squad, there literally was another incident yesterday. I understand if they are being combative, but when they are hand cuffed, and you are still hitting them? The Chief did resign, but the new one has to clean house.
