as for my thoughts -

#1. How does this idea sound?

Idea sounds fantastic - I think steem is only going to grow as crypto's grow in the next 5-10 years and I think we are still at some level early adopters - I think having a platform and network built before that will make it easier for people to get in on it and will surely maximize your impact - I am teaching a crew of young people this Fall about passion and how you can not separate passion from purpose...it sounds to me like you are getting some clarity on your purpose and the passion is what will see it take form...

#2. Obtainable?

Sure! Theres a time and place for everything, and you are pulling on a felt need not only on steem but in our society - I think the appropriate strategies, insights and people will all come along in good time - now I would attribute some divine activity to that - which is of course my belief...

#3. What is your view on people feeling that they have a calling?

I think without a calling people wane into averageness, complacency, depression, comparison and a life of walls that has no real capacity to love...I also think life is a journey and part of the journey is finding your calling...

#4. In your opinion, are Civil Rights Activist right? Wrong? Pointless?

Civil Rights Activists are great - I think how they go about building change is really what matters...my take is that standing somewhere with a sign stinks and does very little - for true societal transformation, it happens from life on life...sharing ideas with real people, engaging in real dialogue, and building real generations of people that actually believe something. There will be your few once in a lifetime type activits that find themselves in the right place at the right time and catalyze some form of change. But those are once in a generation type moments...I think the ground roots organic, build within your community is where change actually happens.

#5. Advice from you and your life experiences?

Ha! fail forward. failing sideways or backwards sucks! you win some and you lose some - At the end of the day the only thing that really sustains me is my capacity to be with my creator in prayer/meditation - be reminded of who He says that I am - and do my best to emulate His ways...His ways are essentially to love and serve hurting people. People may read an article and be encouraged for a moment, but my life can have eternal impact when I choose to give my time, experience, love to a few...that hopefully will cause them to do the same and multiply out my life...
