Hating life is without a doubt a commonplace feeling that we have all experienced, everyone has, but without asking why. Indeed, such feeling is surely contrary to our inherent propensity to embrace life.
Humans in nature are more often than not be yielded by social, economical experiences that would make them literally hate life sometimes, and in this article we will look at 3 main reasons why one could feel that way.
- Overturning the wheel
You are probably in a difficult situation right now and you are wishing things could be different or even just a bit better? Yes, you are beating yourself up which will only make the situation worse!
- You're hating yourself
You are focusing a lot on trivial things that you think are important, and you are really mad with yourself because you don't like certain feature in your body, your nose is too big? your legs are fat? Your body and mind are conducting military drills and are on the verge of launching ICBMs at each other.
- You are not accessing yourself
Every day goes by and you are not self assessing how you performed emotionally and physically, you feel angry, sad or happy, and you don't take the time to examine why you feel in such away, you have no self awareness of yourself, which makes you disconnected from your own self.
