Cute dog. Ours gets those kinds of infections pretty frequently. We started just keeping a bottle of the antibiotic cream on hand at home. It saves us from having to take her in every time. It must be cheaper here in the states than there though. I hear you about the dog food. Our old lady has food allergies, so we have to feed her the expensive stuff to keep her happy. I don't think she realizes how good she has it and how much we pamper her :) She is 9 now and she has some small bumps under her skin as well. Like your vet, ours has told us not to worry about them.
