Looks like a great meal even though the steaks weren't what you were hoping for. Always worth it to spend some time with your dad though. I grew up watching my dad grill, so it is always awesome when I am able to do it for him. I was actually able to teach him my process for grilling a turkey breast a short time ago and that was really awesome. My parents love it now and they say they would never make one any other way. Those do look like some killer potatoes!
