That is pretty horrible that you were taken advantage of that way. I have thought in the past about how it might be fun to be in a business together with my friend. I could see maybe investing some money and being a silent partner or something like that. I am glad now that it never worked out. Not that he is a bad person. I just understand it was probably all for the best!
