Once upon a time there were twins who resembled each other outwardly like an egg to another. Otherwise, they were completely different.
If it was too hot for one, it was too cold for the other. If one said, "The music is too loud," the other one wanted the music even louder. And the most noticeable difference between the two was that one of them was optimistic and confident at all times while the other was always moody and pessimistic.
When they had their birthday someday, the twins' father ventured an experiment: he waited on the eve of the birthday until his sons fell asleep, and then secretly set to work.
He filled the pessimist's room up to the ceiling with the most beautiful gifts: toys, sports equipment, technical equipment and much more. The optimist but he put only a stinking pile of horse apples in the room - nothing else. Now he was curious what would happen.
The next morning, the father first looked into the pessimist's room. He found him sitting on the floor complaining, in the midst of all the wonderful presents.
"Why are you crying?" Asked the father.
Secondly, because my friends will be jealous, secondly, because I have to read all the instructions before I can do anything with the gifts, thirdly, because I will need new batteries for most of these toys and, fourthly, because in the course of the Time will surely break some of the toys! "
Then the father went into the room of the optimistic twin. He hopped around the horses for joy.
"Why are you so happy?" Asked the father.
"Quite simply," he replied, "because there must be a pony somewhere in the house!"
