Yes Yes Yes !...
To be honest,working from home has been the best thing that happened to me this year,i've been loving every minute.
Sometimes i don't go out for days,and when i finally do ,it feels so brand new outside that my legs even sometimes refuse to walk by themselves ,haha !
But recently i started to notice that as i get carried away eating and working(i do that often) i tend to always taker a bad sitting posture,that's because its not like an office job that requires one to sit up straight and carry out tasks,i'm at liberty here man!
Well,this is the life i chose and i'm gonna have to deal with it. :)
If you're a therapist ,kindly hit me up in the comment section on what i should start cutting out and working on.
every great advice is welcome.

You need to take walks every once in a while and get an appropriate seat and adopt a good sitting angle (135°)
Resist the temptation to binge on food :)
