@edgarare I truly wonderful and inspiring post. Meditation is a discipline and a challenge but once you get into a routine you can really reap the benefits. I tend to do 10-15 minutes a day, silent and guided, surrounded by candles and really try to concentrate on my breathing. Great before bed to help with sleep or when I wake up to start the day nicely to hit the ground running.
