I really appreciate this post. I worked in a business were the boss, out of passion for the business and due to the fact that he has an experience about the business , always want things to be done only his way. He never accept idea from anybody even when the idea sound reasonable. Well the boss now have a change of heart towards his staff when he observed that the business was not moving successfully and now things are working fine. So I agree with you when you said that One should not be too excited about his idea and be a dictator.
