Ana is an angel, 8 months of age with the most beautiful shimmering eyes, from Maracay Venezuela. When I first saw her in a post by @r2cornell she immediately melted my heart with her stunning smile. Her loved ones call her Anita.

Ana is the next Margaret Hamilton, the next Bouman, the next Simone Biles, the next Ana. Ana will do amazing things in this world.
Ana will be a daughter, a friend, a partner, a well wisher and more who we will be proud and happy to have around us.
Ana has so much potential to make the world a better place, even if it is by making someone with an aching heart smile.

But only if she gets the chance to.

You see, Ana is suffering from Craniopharyngioma. This rare benign tumor which is located in a very critical part of the brain that can compress some crucial parts by growing size that would lead to adverse and permanent neurological, hypothalamic and endocrinological damage that would mean that Ana could loose her sight, balance, mobility and growth.

It is a very rare complication, and a very expensive one both financially and socially. Ana could be ripped off of a beautiful normal life before she even gets the chance to appreciate and understand it.

Children are the future. Children are the most innocent. Children are the joy of the world. Doesn't Ana deserve a better shot at life? Can we help Ana spread her joy and love with the world?
