After Suffering A Heart Attack, A Reflection Of My Life On This Easter Day.Happy Easter Everyone!!

In September I suffered A Heart Attack and was told 9 out of 10 people usually die from this serious type of heart attack. They found a clot behind my heart that was about to burst.Its weird how you know how serious a heart attack can be,but you still don't believe it happened to you.After finding a heart Specialist and being told again,how most do not survive this type of heart attack, and how lucky I am to be alive,That is when reality really set in.I kept having a very hard time sleeping.I had this thought that when I went to sleep I might not wake up and All I kept seeing was my children's fear in their faces when they were allowed to see me after getting out of surgery.I found that each and every day,I appreciate another day.I don't take any part of the day for granted.I appreciate each and everything that my day consists of,knowing I could not be alive to enjoy the day.

I am hoping anyone reading this,That when you wake up you are really Thankful for another day and at the end of the day, you Appreciate every part of your day,good or bad it could always be worse.You could not be around and the affects it would have on your loved ones.I really think most of us just take it for granted and only say we appreciate life,but don't take a moment to really appreciate parts of our day.I guess what I am trying to say,Is don't wait foe something serious to happen to make you reflect on just how great life is and all that it offers.

Today on this Easter Day,Even if you do not celebrate this Holiday, When your sitting at the table with Friends or loved ones,Take a moment to think how awesome life is and how grateful you are to be spending time with them.I always reflect on the Movie It's A Wonderful Life.Think about how if your not around,how you affect the ones you love.Reflect on being around to see all the good times,laughs and love and just how Blessed you are for another day,with your loves ones sitting at the table.

We all have an Obligation to Appreciate life, Respect each other no matter what Color,Religion or beliefs we may have and to have compassion of those less fortunate.Make a Difference in life to be a better person,Appreciate Life and Loved ones and I guarantee your life will be Rich more then all the money in the world.
