Human magnification Theory.

in #life7 years ago

So I have a theory. This theory states, that when we are born as a human being, we all have an invisible set of goggles attached to our heads. Throughout our lives due to different experiences and life lessons, filters or lenses, begin to fall. Allowing us to view situations differently. Now these goggles are not all that unlike the kind of contraption that you might find in an optometrists office, or an evil doctors lair, to be truthful. So if you have ever been to either one of these places you most likely are aware of the device to which I am referring. I'm sure you may be asking yourself what this has to do with the price of tea in China, or any other completely irrelavent topic. Let me explain.
You don't know what you don't know! Right!? We can't change a behavior or correct a flawed way of thinking if we don't have any clue as to why the behavior needs changed and why the way of thinking is flawed. Truly I see very little hope for anyone to ever simply, learn from others mistakes. We have to fight our own battles, be refined in our own fires. Not necessarily for our own gain but so that we can be strong enough to help others through their fires. These fires leave us transformed. We come through them with another filter fallen in front of our eyes. Through which we see things differently. Sometimes the change in understanding and awareness is so drastic that we can't believe we didn't get it before now.
Bless and be blessed,
