Little Things That Matter-Rest

There are so many things that we over look as humans and we sometimes do not take important as humans but those things are very vital and very necessary in order to have a good life. One of those major fact is rest, some of us overwork ourselves so much that we forget to get proper rest and it affects us in one way or the other.

We lack proper rest most times because we want more money, more fame, more good things of life, so we invest more of our time into the pursuit of those things and we put rest aside.
Rest is one factor that is really lacking in our society and it should not be so, because lack of rest causes illness and too much stress to the body.

Lack of proper rest has the power to mute and kill our positive traits.

Rest helps our mental well being.

Proper rest helps take off heart disease.

Proper rate increases the rate of infertility.

Lack of rest causes emotional stress.

Lack of rest causes manic depression.

Lack of rest splits up relationships.

Lack of rest makes one impulsive.

Lack of rest causes memory shot.

Lack of rest makes one not to function properly.

Lack of rest causes constant sickness.

Lack of rest causes bad sight.
