To the best of my knowledge no. I think it's clear the devs want to implement it and may have been trying a beta version with some members from what I've gathered, so hopefully it rolls out soon.

Yes they are busy working on the follow thing right now.
I do believe that you can so long follow bloggers so when it does come out you will see all of them. I'm not 100% sure of this though
